Method 1: Purchase the Upgraded Service and Cancel Your Current Service

Cancel Your Current Service

Method 2: Open a Billing Ticket and Request a Service Upgrade


Open a Billing Ticket

Click here to open the Billing ticket portal.


Include Upgrade Information

In the ticket, make sure you mention:

  • The service you would like to upgrade from. 
  • The service you would like to upgrade to. 

Once you have submitted your request, the Billing Team can produce a new invoice for your requested service.
