Open a Billing Ticket

Click here to open the Billing ticket portal.

Select the Related Service You Want to Downgrade

Include the following details:

  • The service you would like to downgrade from.
  • The service you would like to downgrade to.
    On select services (ex. VPS, Unmanaged Dedicated Servers), our team will need to perform a fresh install to proceed with a package downgrade.
