For immediate issues regarding Suspensions and Terminations, open a ticket in our Billing Department.

If a client fails to pay an invoice, they risk suspension followed by termination of their service.

What is a Service Suspension?

When a service is suspended, your access to your service is restricted. When a service is suspended, it is usually the result of 1 of the three situations:

  1. You failed to pay an overdue invoice on the service. This happens 1 day (24 hours) after an invoice hasn’t been paid.
  2. An abuse report was made on an IP for one of your services that you failed to respond to within 72 hours. You will be notified via. email if an abuse report is created on one of your IPs.
  3. You were found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, and you failed to respond to our requests for communication in a timely manner.

In all of these situations, we do our due dillegence (within reason) to notify you prior to suspending an account.

What is a Service Termination?

When a service is terminated, your files and server configuration will be deleted and reset. While we do everything to maintain files for as long as we can, we cannot guarantee the recovery of your files in a situation where your service has been terminated. When a service is terminated, it is usually the result of 1 of the three situations:

  1. You failed to pay an overdue invoice on a service for 7 days.
  2. An abuse report was made on an IP for one of your services that you failed to respond to within 7 days. You will be notified via. email if an abuse report is created on one of your IPs.
  3. After communicating with us to find a solution to your usage issues, you are still found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

In all of these situations, we do our due dillegence (within reason) to notify you prior to terminating an account. We do not terminate services without cause. We reserve all rights to terminate a service at any time for any reason.
